In order to continue running a sustainable, low-waste business, we do not accept returns at this time.

However, we would be more than happy to offer you an exchange.

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If we receive your exchange back not in it's original condition, we will not be able to process your exchange and you will be invoiced for return shipping back to you.  If your return shipping is not paid within 30 day(s), we will donate your item and the invoice will be void.

To start an exchange, you can begin by clicking here. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All exchanges are issued via store credit and will be sent to you via email 5-7 days after we have received and inspected your return.

We are unable to cancel or edit orders once they are placed.  Please be sure your address and sizing selections are correct prior to check out.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal items (such as beauty products, bramis, or any other undergarments). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We process all refunds via store credit. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via store credit to your email address provided at checkout.


Lost/Stolen Packages

Speak Then Think LLC offers Route package protection to all customers at checkout for a small fee. If a customer declines package protection, we are unable to replace any lost/stolen packages.
